The Governance Lite publication and supporting material is a concise version of the ‘Nine Steps to Effective Governance’ Framework for Sport and Recreation in New Zealand.

It has been adapted for small and voluntary organisations and, recognising that the majority of staff are volunteers, aims to help improve governance functions ensuring that members get enjoyment and satisfaction from their efforts.
