Integrity Code for sport and recreation

Have your say!

26 September 2024

The Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui is encouraging everyone involved in sport and recreation to share their feedback on a new Integrity Code. The Integrity Code aims to help sport and recreation organisations protect their members from harm. It will work by setting consistent standards for preventing and addressing issues like bullying, abuse and harassment.

You can read the draft Integrity Code and share your thoughts at haveyoursay.sportintegrity.nz any time from now until 1 November. The Integrity Code will be finalised and published in 2025. This is a significant step towards making sport and recreation experiences safer and fairer for everyone. Please take the time to have your say.

If you require an accessible version of any content on the site please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
